Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality sushi dishes and/or pastries with precision and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Uphold presentation and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
Must bring your own set of knives (Sushi Chef)
Strong attention to detail and consistency (both roles)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Uniform Requirements:
(We encourage you to bring your own uniform items, but they will be provided on site if you don't have them.)

Black non-slip shoes
Chef jacket, headband, and apron
